No Italian kitchen is complete without a copy of the classic cookbook “Cucchiaio d’Argento” ("Silver Spoon"). Alessi's IS01 Risotto Serving Spoon was designed by Inga Sampé for a competition organized by the magazine “Domus” to celebrate the anniversary of this historic book. This sleek mirror polished stainless steel spoon is the perfect implement for elegantly serving the quintessential Italian rice dish.
