Designed to prevent cross-contamination of four different food types, Joseph Joseph's colour-coded Index Cutting Boards in soothing Editions Sky colours are perfect for any cutting task. The index-style tab on each board indicates which food type it should be used for – raw meat, vegetables, fish, or cooked food. The boards are easy to clean, knife-friendly, and are equipped with a juice or crumb catching rim on both sides and non slip feet. The boards fit into a storage case that sits on your counter, keeping them close at hand.
